This is my latest version of my Translation Assistant. It's public domain.
It's for Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic translations.
Made in Liberty Basic!
You can type the translations and it saves automatically, and each line has it's own wave recording that when you press Export, it links a copy of them together as 1 file. (To tweak in Movie Maker by Microsoft)
The end result is you make a video that is voice translated, and it also spits out the subtitles, which can be timed with Manual Video Subtitler, by Chrisophe Paris.
