This is my latest version of my Translation Assistant. It's public domain.
It's for Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic translations.
Made in Liberty Basic!
You can type the translations and it saves automatically, and each line has it's own wave recording that when you press Export, it links a copy of them together as 1 or more files named complete_X.wav (To tweak in Movie Maker by Microsoft) March 18 2010 Update: Now, if you supply the subtitles.sub file, it will edit your soundtrack automatically! Yes, put the audio to match the video talking!
The end result is you make a video that is voice translated. The subtitles it spits out you time with Manual Video Subtitler, by Christophe Paris.
