**This is my latest version of my Translation Assistant. It's public domain.**
**It's for Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic translations.**

You can type the translations and it saves automatically, and each line has it's own wave recording that when you press Export, it links a copy of them together as 1 or more files named complete_X.wav (To tweak in Movie Maker by Microsoft)Microsoft if necessary) 
<span style="color: #FF0000">__April 57 2010 Update:__</span> <span style="color: #0000FF">Now, if you supply the subtitles.sub file, it will edit your soundtrack automatically!  
Yes, it will match the audio with the video!  
It now includes an option for longer recording time.  
Also, It includes better compatability with different Microsoft Windows versions.

The end result is that you make a video that is voice translated. The subtitles it spits out you time with Manual Video Subtitler, by Christophe Paris.
